OOOOOH dig that funky bass line. I love a super group. Who doesn't? I like to pretend that all my favourite musicians are friends that get together to jam on weekends- and when they prove me right, I am thrilled. For this particular super group, take one part Spoon, one part Wolf Parade, and one part New Bomb Turks (admittedly I've never heard of this one..) and you have music magic. Sounds very Spoon-like, with the roughness of Wolf Parade with a slightly Cake sounding drum and bass back-up. I'm definitely into it! Look forward to hearing a lot about these guys in the next few weeks.
